Retro furnishing, lights, and tables

Beautiful mid Century American gooseneck desk lamp designed by Cannon in Indiana, very robust and in excellent vintage condition, we have not done anything to it except clean it up and get it pat tested very rare example of what a desk lamp should be. Collection preferred but a delivery service is available.

This American rocking chair, dating from the early 1920's. The woodwork has been carefully cleaned and re-waxed. It features the original spring loaded rocking mechanism and castors which are all in good working order. The chair has spent most of it’s life in France, the cushions are removable and are feather filled. Some slight fading due to sunlight but a very comfortable chair. Collection preferred but a delivery service is available.

Original pink mathmos lamp. These were originally made in the 60s/70s but mathmos reintroduced the design in the early 90’s and This one is the later model. These are filled with wax and at night they are amazing to look at as you can see all the different shapes it makes while heating up. Collection preferred but a delivery service is available.

Beautiful mid Century shatterline table lamp, dates from around the 60s, this one is a rare red colour and comes with original fibre glass shade, these lamps look great at night and are becoming very stylish, height is 13” and has been rewired and pat tested. Early 20th century wooden chest. This has been well used as you can see from the pictures. The chest has steel protective corners on the bottom which also go underneath and also strengthening plates on the edges. It has original handles, tee hinges, and cabinet hooks. It has 2 slats on the bottom and top so obviously these chests were meant to be stackable. This now can be used as a coffee table (as shown) or great for bed linen. A very decorative piece. 

1227 Herbert Terry Anglepoise lamp. This design (1227) is dated from 1938-1968 and has been fully restored: it has been stripped back to bare metal, resprayed to original colours, lacquered, fully rewired with 3-core twist cable, as well as having All new rubber grommets. This is a very iconic design and has been used in offices, work spaces and now at home. This lamp is ideal due to people working from home more now than ever. Mid Century set of metal index card drawers, one double and one single, we haven’t done any work on them as i think they are great in this condition. Would look great in someone’s office and would be a great use for organising your office etc… Collection preferred but a delivery service is available.

A beautiful black ribbon light made by Habitat in the 80’s. This is in excellent condition for age and this design is very stylish and will stand out in any room. This design is still being made by Habitat today as it is one of their most iconic designs, they also make a smaller version of this but this one is the larger version and measures 20” inches in height. Collection preferred but a delivery service is available.
